This was an awesome stay!!! From the time I checked in Mike was amazing! Got me sorted out Jimmy John’s Fast!!! He was super cool super friendly. During the stay… the breakfast was great everyday! Great options! Fruits, pastries, cooked hot food, cereal. The rooms are clean, beds sleep well. We had a personal above a who walked like they weighed in lager than an elephant and wanted to do some 5am walking around the room… guess who came to the rescue lol King Mike!!!! Gave a call to front desk he was able to hear the noise being made and after that I heard nothing else! This is definitely my go to spot when we are here for AAU Tournaments I just want to say thank you to Mike and all of the staff here for everything you did to make our stay most comfortable! Thank you ever so much!!!
Visited Fairfield over the holiday weekend from Chicago to visit Jungle Jim's. The first room we were given smelled very heavy of perfume. Like Fabuloso on Crack. The manager moved us with no question to another room down the hall. Second room was a little smaller than the first room, but was very nice. Super quiet. Once I got the taste of dirty pennies out of my mouth, it was a very nice stay.
Finally a.Hotel room that didn't smell horrible. The entire building was clean and friendly. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was filling and stocked often to accommodate the volume of patrons.
The location is great. Right of the highway with lots of shopping / food on the main road. The hotel parking is ample. The staff is awesome! They all go the extra mile for a customer and offer you fresh baked cookies in the afternoon!! Amy and Erin, thank you ladies for excellent customer service . Loved the location, staff were very friendly and the price was good for what we got. Unfortunately in staying over a holiday it was much noisier than in past visits. This isn't the staff's fault but it is something to be aware of. Conversations heard from hallways into rooms, yelling kids, running kids, kids banging on random doors were all part of the experience. Being earplugs and patience. Overall the quality of the rooms, location and staff outweighed other guests being less than mindful during their stays.
I wouldn’t say I go to hotels that often but often enough where I’ve experienced some HORRIBLE ones for a higher price. This hotel was reasonably priced and the staff was one the nicest I’ve ever experienced! Rooms were cleaned and the breakfast was good! I don’t eat pork so the turkey sausage was a win for me. Thank you for the good experience!
